Crypto Exchange OKX Secures Fresh Funding at $25B Valuation With Circle and Standard Chartered

Crypto exchange operator OKX has secured a new round of funding, maintaining its $25B valuation from earlier this year. The fresh capital injection brings in a strategic investor roster that includes Circle, Ripple, quantitative hedge fund Qube Research & Technologies, and Standard Chartered’s SC Ventures. OKX explicitly declined to disclose the actual dollar amount raised in this latest extension. This raise extends an earlier March funding round where Intercontinental Exchange—the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange—invested approximately $200M into the exchange at the exact same $25B valuation.
