Securitize Launches Tokenized Apple and Nvidia Stocks on Solana with USDC Settlement

Securitize has officially launched a Solana-based trading platform offering 1:1 tokenized shares of 12 major US equities, including Apple and Tesla. The system uses Convertible Entitlement Tokens (CETs) that grant holders full economic benefits, including dividends and voting rights, backed by actual shares held at a regulated brokerage. Trading operates on a proprietary automated market maker (AMM) with trades settling natively in USDC, circumventing traditional fiat settlement rails. Liquidity is being provided by Jump Trading, while RQD handles the underlying traditional clearing and custody operations. While currently operating on extended hours rather than round-the-clock, Securitize intends to eventually list these tokenized equities on the NYSE's upcoming 24/7 digital trading platform.
